When you dine in our Nikau by the pool restaurant, not only can you enjoy our very fine cuisine in our intimate restaurant but in the wonderful warm Marlborough evenings you can dine outdoors along side our romantically lit pool.
The Nikau Restaurant is also open to the public.
Introducing our Chef Phil Smart
The hotel is proud to announce Phil as our Executive Chef.
Phil comes to us from Shropshire, UK His home town of Ludlow is renowned for its reputation as the UK gourmet capital and has enjoyed his career as Chef at the internationally renowned Feathers at Ludlow and Drayton Manor Hotel.
Having moved with his family to Blenheim in 2008, Phil is passionate over the magnificent local food Marlborough has to offer. Since his arrival at the Copthorne, Phil has received many compliments from our guests. His meals are among the very best New Zealand has to offer.
Our menus change with the seasons and menus can be arranged for special functions.
We also have the best of wines which we update often to complement our menu. We welcome all guests. So you do not need to be staying in the hotel to enjoy our fine cuisine. Simply ring our restaurant to make a booking. Private functions can also be catered for.
